Returns + Exchanges Policy
LexBreezy Hawaiʻi's return policy is valid 14 days after the ship date. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer exchange or store credit. Returns/Refunds can only be given in Store Credit. Item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition you have received them with original tags attached. Once items are received, they will be inspected and we will be in contact with you with resolution.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Send us an email stating that you will be sending back items for return OR exchange (specifically state what items/sizes your looking to exchange)
Subject line: "Order number#____ - Return or Exchange"
2. Ship back the items you would like to return with your packing slip and a filled out Returns Form (Email for Return Form)
3. Once the items have been received, a member of our staff will be in contact with you.

We offer a 30 day limited warranty for our bags including manufacturer defects of hardware, zippers, and stitching. We do not cover any wear or tear on item(s). Any warranty claims are subject to approval.
We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges in store. Please email BEFORE mailing anything back or if you have any questions regarding your online order.
