Refunds for any order can only be issued in the form of store credit or exchange for another item of similar value.

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Eligible merchandise will be given a one time exchange or merchandise credit. Merchandise credit will be issued on a gift card.

Our exchange policy allows customers 14 days from the date they receive their order to complete a return or exchange, either online or in-store, to be eligible for merchandise credit or another item. After the 14-day period, we cannot accept any exchanges. All eligible exchanges will be refunded as store credit only.

All products must be unworn with tags, and in its original packing on full priced items only. Proof of purchase with order number or original receipt is required. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, sale items/items purchased with discount codes, and gift cards.

If you received a gift from Lexbreezy, we accept gift exchanges within 30 days. If the 30 day period has passed, we cannot accept the exchange. Please review our gift exchange policy here. 

Purchases are non transferable towards any future promotions or discounts.

Lexbreezy Hawai’i is NOT responsible for any additional shipping fees on return and exchange packages.

 

IMPORTANT: Exchanges made online may be returned to the store, but please note, products are subject to availability. You may need to send your return to our warehouse in certain cases to exchange your item. Please do NOT ship an online order return to our Local Pickup address. It will be “returned to sender”. Our team will provide the return address and/or arrange shipping for an added cost to accommodate your exchange.
