Due to high demand and limited stock we do NOT accept alterations or cancellations once your order is placed. Returns/Refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our Rayon Linen clothing. We guarantee that if your garment rips at the seam, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this guarantee.

BAG WARRANTY

We offer a 30 day limited warranty for our bags including manufacturer defects of hardware, zippers, and stitching. We do not cover any wear or tear on item(s). Any warranty claims are subject to approval. 

PREPAID CARD PAYMENTS

We are unable to accept prepaid card payments online. If you would like to use your prepaid card at our boutiques, and the total due is over the amount on the card, we are unable to use the entire balance of the card. 

GIFT CARDS

You may not buy gift cards with gift cards in store or online.
