How do I start a return or exchange for an online order?

If you need to request an exchange or return, please email lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com within 7 days upon receiving your order number and our customer service team will get back to you with instructions

Can I make an exchange from an online order at your boutique?

Yes, we accept exchanges in-store at all locations. We will only accept an even exchange, meaning that it is the same style in a different size or color. However, our inventory changes often, so the item you wish to exchange for may not be available in-store. We recommend calling ahead to check its availability.

What is your exchange and return policy?

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to make an exchange or return. We only offer store credit, no refunds. However, all swimwear, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

If I have seen something online can I get it in store?

Our store and online inventory differ. We don’t guarantee that items are available in both locations.

My item doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?

If your item does not fit, you are able to make an exchange within 14 days unless it is a swimwear, sale, or accessory item.

Will you restock a particular item or size?

We usually do not reprint or restock items. If you see something you like, it's best to get it right away. If you would like updates on restocks, you can subscribe to our Newsletter.

Are your clothes true to size, and how do I know whatsize I am?

Yes, all of our clothes are accurately sized. You can find our size information in the details of each item.

Am I able to place a custom order?

We do take custom orders but they are only filled outside of normal seasonal work. Also, there is an additional fee. If you would like to request a custom order you can email lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com, and we will get back to you.

I saw that my shipping label is created, but don't see updated tracking?

For organizational purposes, we print out our packing slips and shipping labels at the same time. You can expect your order to be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days once the label is created.
