How do I start a return or exchange for an online order?

If you need to request an exchange or return, please email lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com within 14 days upon receiving your order number and our customer service team will get back to you with instructions

Can I make an exchange from an online order at your boutique?

Yes, we accept exchanges in-store at all locations if within our 14 day window. We will only accept an even exchange, meaning that it is the same style in a different size or color. However, our inventory changes often, so the item you wish to exchange for may not be available in-store. We recommend calling ahead to check its availability.

What is your exchange and return policy?

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to make an exchange or return. We only offer exchanges or store credit, no refunds. However, all swimwear, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE. Any items purchased with a discount code or using Breezy Points are also final sale. No exceptions.

I received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?

We deeply apologize for the mix up! If you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com with your order number, email address and photo/description of item received. Our team will get back to you with steps on how to correct the mistake.

The item I received is damaged. What should I do?

If an item is received damaged, please email us immediately at lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com with your order number, email address and photo/description of damage. Item must be unworn with tags still attached.

For our Rayon Linen styles, we stand behind the quality and guarantee that if your garment rips at the seam, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Please email us at lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.

If I have seen something online can I get it in store?

Our store and online inventory differ. We don’t guarantee that items are available both online and in stores. We recommend calling our boutiques to get their product availability.

My item doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?

If your item does not fit, you are able to make an exchange within 14 days unless it is a swimwear, sale, or accessory item.

Will you restock a particular item or size?

We usually do not reprint or restock items. If you see something you like, it's best to get it right away. If you would like updates on restocks, you can subscribe to our Newsletter.

Are your clothes true to size, and how do I know what size I am?

Most styles fit true to size. Please refer to our general size chart.
Our linen styles may shrink when washed and dried so we recommend sizing up. You can find our size information in the details of each item. When in doubt, size up.

Am I able to place a custom order?

We do take custom orders but they are only filled outside of normal seasonal work. Also, there is an additional fee. If you would like to request a custom order you can email lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com, and we will get back to you.

I saw that my shipping label is created, but don't see updated tracking?

Orders are printed with our packing slips and shipping labels. Our warehouse processes orders as they receive them and may take 3-5 business days before tracking information shows. Once the order is processed, please check back to view tracking information.
