Gift Exchange Policy.

If you received a gift from Lexbreezy, we accept gift exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase date. You may only receive store credit or exchange for an available item. Eligible merchandise will be given a one time exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the value of the gift was less than the item you want to exchange for, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If the 30 day period has passed we cannot accept the return/exchange. 

In Store Exchanges: If you received a gift receipt from an item purchased at one of our Oahu Boutiques, you may exchange the gift in stores at our two locations: Kailua or Ala Moana Center.

Online Exchanges: If you received an online order gift, please contact us at lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com for return/exchange instructions. We will need the order number and name of purchaser to check your order. You may also return at our boutiques but must have the order number or name of purchaser in order to verify the order.

We accept exchanges on unworn items, with tags, and in its original packaging on full priced items only. Proof of purchase in the form of gift receipt, order number, and/or purchaser name is required to start a gift exchange.
