Gift Return Policy.

If you received a gift from Lexbreezy, we accept gift returns within 30 days from the original purchase date. You may only receive store credit or exchange for an available item. If the value of the gift was less than the item you want to exchange for, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If the 30 day period has passed we cannot accept the return/exchange. 

In Store Returns: If you received a gift receipt from an item purchased at one of our Oahu Boutiques, you may exchange the gift in stores at our two locations: Kailua or Ala Moana Center.

Online Returns: If you received an online order gift, please contact us at lexbreezyinfo@gmail.com for return/exchange instructions. We will need the order number and name of purchaser to check your order. You may also return at our boutiques but must have the order number or name of purchaser in order to verify the order.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items, with tags, and in its original packaging on full priced items only. 

LexBreezy Hawai’i is NOT responsible for any additional shipping fees on return and exchange packages.
